Barbie Kaufmann was born & raised in California and moved to the New York in 2001. She has been in the Fitness & Nutrition Industry for over 11 years. Her journey began as a Personal Trainer and soon thereafter blossomed into Nutritionist as well. Barbie has worked in several gyms, taught adult education courses, and helped many clients achieve their weight loss goals. We have welcomed her aboard as the Nutritionist here at Stony Brook.
