My professional career began 20 years ago in midtown Manhattan at the Marriott Marquis as part of the opening team. Opening the Marquis in Times Square was very challenging and exciting; while there I held the position of Banquet Manager. From there I ran several private sectors operations, Country Clubs, and Hotels.

It is an honor to be part of the Campus Dining Service Team here at Stony Brook. I look forward to meeting as many of you as possible during my time here. If you have any question, don’t hesitate to contact me because I’d love to help.
