Hi! I’m Dawn and I am the Customer Advocate for the Faculty Student Association. I received my Masters degree from Stony Brook in 1991, and began working for FSA in 1994. As Customer Advocate I serve as the liaison between customers and management. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns, comments, suggestions or questions you may have. My office is located in Kelly Dining Center and the door is always open. I truly enjoy my work on campus, and look forward to meeting you.
