Food Production Manager

My experience covers a broad range from Food and Beverage Director for School Support Services to Sunrise Senior Living facility where I was the Dining Services Coordinator. I Graduated from Suffolk Community College with a degree in Liberal Arts. I started at 16 years of age, as a dishwasher and worked my way up the ranks to management. I have been owner and operator of my own Catering Business since 1988. I am currently the Food Production Manager at the Student Activities Center and am looking forward to a long successful career with Campus Dining.
