Welcome to Stony Brook , I’m Dennis Lestrange and I truly enjoy leading the Dining Service team here on campus. Although I have been working in Higher Education Dining Services for over 20 years on a few University campus’s, I have a particular passion for what we do here at Stony Brook each day, that’s probably why I have been on campus here for over 12 years now. I enjoy working with the Students, faculty and staff, and strive to insure the Dining Service Mgmt team here provides the best possible Dining experience for you on campus, while your are pursuing your Higher Education goals.
