Donald Ralston
Supervisor I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (1965) and have received an A.S.S. degree from Suffolk Community College (1979). I served in the U.S. Navy (1966-1970) as the baker/cook in a Vietnam naval hospital and was stationed on the aircraft carrier Constellation in the Pacific. After completing my military service, I married and began working as an assistant manager at various fast-food restaurants on Long Island. I worked for Entenmann’s Bakery for over 26 years in the bulk handling systems department before coming here to Stony Brook University. |
