Food Service Director

I have worked with Campus Dining Services since early 1996 when I started out as a food service worker at Burger King. Later, in the Summer of 1997, I worked as a grill cook at the Student Activities center.

In 1998, I moved on to managing a cart in Melville Library called the Galleria Cart. Based on my Performance there I was promoted to Supervisor overseeing all carts on the campus for about 2 years.

My other roles include: Food Production manager (SAC) 2000-2004, Assistant Director (Roth Food Court) 2004-2006, Director (Roth Food Court) 2007, Director (Tabler) 2007-2008. Starting Sept. 2008 I will be the Assistant Director at the Student Activities Center.
