Hi everyone, my name is Joe. I have over 25 years experience in the food service industry. My experience ranges from corporate and industrial food service operations, social catering venues, amusement parks, Zoo’s along with public and private higher education venues from Philadelphia to Connecticut. I have been at Stony Brook University since May 2007 and I find it to be a fascinating and very complex little city in its own right. From the pulse of the campus at SAC right down to the cart operations, it is truly a fascinating diverse operation. I have found my experience very challenging and exciting at the same time.
