Food Service Director

Hi, my name is Keith and I am the Food Service Director at the Student Union Building. I manage the Bleacher Club, Delancey Street Deli, End of the Bridge Restaurant and the U-Cafe.

I started my career at Stony Brook over eleven years ago as a cook for EOB. I worked my way up to the position of Assistant Food Service Director in the Student Union Building and was promoted to the position of Production Manager. I was part of the opening team at the Student Activities Center. Two years later, I was promoted to the position of Food Service Director at H-Quad.

I left Stony Brook 4 years ago as I worked in many high profile corporate cafeterias in NYC.
