Food Production Manager

Hello, my name is Paul Bowden and I am an addict, That’s right I said it. I am addicted to food, the taste, the aroma, the textures I love everything about food so naturally i decided to work in food service. I have been working in the food service industry since i was 13, I have worked every position from dishwasher to waiter and prep cook to executive chef. I graduated from the New York Restaurant School and since then I have worked in Hotels, Private Restaurants and Country Clubs. These days i get my culinary fix as the Food Production Manager of the Student Union Building, so if you ever have any questions, comments or just want to talk food and recipes stop by and see me I am always available.
