Food Service Director

I went to University of Denver for Hotel and Restaurant Management and have been in the food service business for 23 years.

I started in corporate dining as a unit manager, moved up to district manager, and then to operations director for a major food service company.

I joined Canteen Vending as a district manager and then became the Merchandising Manager for Eurest Dining Services. Then I was director of Merchandising for the east coast for Eurest, and Director of Merchandising for Chartwells. After years of traveling, I decided it was time to settle back down.

In my first few years here at Stony Brook I worked as the Food Service Director for Roth Food Court and have recently moved over to take over as the Food Service Director for the Student Activities Center.
